The automatic panel saw unloader was developed to eliminate bottlenecks in the panel saw's output process, providing greater efficiency and productivity in production. Its operation is automatic, ensuring safe handling, improved ergonomics, and reduced workforce requirements.

Technological highlights
The automatic panel saw unloader consists of a linear motion system with precision guides and a table with driven rollers, allowing smooth and synchronized movement with the panel saw. In addition, the equipment includes a ball-floating table located in front of the lifting platform, making the handling of parts easier.
The system features sensors that ensure precise positioning and real-time adjustment of the table height as new parts are added to the stack. The maximum table height is 1950mm from the zero point to the roller, with a load capacity of up to 2500kg.
Its operation is automatic, controlled by a PLC and operated via HMI, where the operator only enters the dimensions of the part and the equipment receives, adjusts and accommodates each new part received. After reaching the height predetermined by the operator, the stack of parts is automatically transferred to the next conveyor, for continuity of operations.
