Technological highlights

The automatic lifting platform receives the parts on its platform and, through a hydraulic system, raises or lowers the parts vertically, positioning them at the ideal working height for the operator, ensuring ergonomic safety and efficiency during the process.

The lifting and lowering movement occurs automatically or manually. In automatic mode, the equipment's sensor detects the volume of parts on the platform and adjusts it to the best height for both the operator and the process. In manual mode, the operator controls the lifting according to their preference using pedals; one pedal raises the load and the other lowers it.

Besides, the automatic lifting platform features rollers on the surface that make the sliding of parts between stages of the production process easier, reducing the time and effort of movement in a simple and easy way.
